Unix-like basic mail server template (Exim + Dovecot)

The template attached is basic template that can be used for general health check of a Unix-type mail server using the below software:
Exim
MTA, free general purpose SMTP mail delivery agent
Dovecot
, free IMAP4/POP3 mail server
Template should work on any Unix-like platform supporting both products (most types of Linux, FreeBSD, AIX etc)
