Cygwin-based templates to check SSL certificate health

edited March 2017 in Web Servers
These two monitors (Program or Script monitors, compatible with all license types, including freeware) allow to perform two simple checks:

1. Whether SSL certificate is valid (i.e., uses correct domain name, well-known CA, isn't expired etc)
2. How much time (in seconds) left before certificate expires

Prerequisites:

- Install Cygwin and make sure openssl package is installed as well.
- Unpack two .sh files from the archive, open Cygwin window, copy the files into /usr/local/bin and type commands:
chmod +x /usr/local/bin/get-site-certificate-expiration.sh
chmod +x /usr/local/bin/test-site-certificate.sh
Notice:

It is assumed that you install Cygwin 64-bit version into its default folder (C:\Cygwin64 ). if you install 32-bit version and/or choose custom installation folder, please change path to program in both monitors' "Main parameters" accordingly.
